Vincent is a lawyer since 2004, focusing on real estate transactions and real estate tax. He has been a founding partner of UrbanLaw since 2011.
He assists both institutional and private investors and developers in the structuring, negotiating, financing and commercializing real estate transactions as well as in project development and all aspects of portfolio management.
Additionally, he provides advice on real estate taxation.
Vincent has also developed in-depth expertise in real estate matters related to renewable energy, such as photovoltaic energy, district heating networks, and wind energy.
Finally, he handles civil and tax litigation, both judicial and arbitral, and provides support in mediation and dispute resolution.
