Vincent has been a lawyer since 2004, focusing on real estate transactions and real estate taxation. He has been a founding partner of UrbanLaw since 2011.
He advises and assists institutional and private investors and developers in the structuring, negotiation, financing, and commercialisation of real estate transactions, as well as in project development and all aspects of portfolio management.
He also provides strategic advice on real estate tax matters.
Vincent has particular experience in real estate matters related to renewable energy, including photovoltaic projects, district heating networks, and wind energy.
He represents clients in civil and tax litigation, both judicial and arbitral, and provides support in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
