Rahim’s practice encompasses a broad range of areas, including real estate, environmental, and planning law.
He advises investors and developers on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of real estate transactions, such as share deals and asset deals. This includes preparing data rooms, conducting due diligence, and negotiating contracts.
During project development, Rahim facilitates communication with the relevant authorities and supports the processing of urban planning and environmental permit applications.
In addition to project execution, Rahim advises property owners and non-governmental actors on the environmental and heritage aspects of their projects, with particular expertise in managing protected monuments and sites.
Rahim is also actively involved in the legislative process, drafting opinions and proposing legislative and regulatory texts in urban planning, environmental, and agricultural law at both national and European levels.
manages legal disputes, including administrative procedures (such as those before the Council of State), judicial matters, and arbitration, with a strong emphasis on mediation and alternative dispute resolution whenever possible.
