Morgane Wemaëre

Morgane has been a member of the Brussels Bar since September 2023 and holds a Master’s degree in Economic and Social Law. She is also certified as a mediator in civil and commercial matters.

She joined the UrbanLaw team in 2024, where she handles all aspects of real estate law, both in advisory and dispute resolution roles.

Morgane advises investors and developers in the execution of their real estate transactions, including both share deals and asset deals. 

She is particularly involved in organizing data rooms, conducting due diligence, as well as drafting and negotiating sale agreements. She also assists her clients in the drafting of various contracts.
