Marine Maroy

Marine joined UrbanLaw in October 2021 and became a member of the Brussels Bar in the same year.

Specialized in real estate law, she handles a broad spectrum of legal matters withinvthis field, with a particular focus on property and real estate company transfers, real estate transactions, and civil law issues. Her expertise also encompasses corporate law, lease agreements, construction law, and co-ownership.

She provides legal advice and guidance to individuals, developers, and investors in these areas.

Furthermore, Marine is active in both pre-litigation and litigation, managing judicial and administrative proceedings (including courts, tribunals, administrative authorities, arbitration, and mediation).

Her practice primarily covers the regions of Brussels and Wallonia.
