Lucas Di Tullio

Lucas assists investors and developers in structuring, negotiating, and executing real estate transactions (share deals and asset deals). 

His expertise includes preparing data rooms, conducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, such as those related to transfers, development, financing, project management, architecture, businesses, commercialization, provision, and more.

He also addresses legal matters concerning real rights, occupancy agreements, and asset management.

Additionally, Lucas has extensive experience in advising companies within the growing renewable energy sector, with a particular emphasis on district heating networks, photovoltaic panels, and other sustainable energy initiatives.

Furthermore, he manages legal proceedings, including both civil and arbitration matters, and assists clients in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.  

Lucas has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2016.
