Laure de Riollet de Morteuil

Laure has been a member of the Brussels Bar since December 2011. She joined Urban Law, where she specializes in real estate law, construction law, co-ownership law, town planning law, and corporate law.

She provides advice and legal representation to individuals and businesses on a wide range of co-ownership issues and related disputes.

Additionally, Laure guides private and commercial enterprises in complying with town planning regulations and assists them in obtaining the necessary permits for construction projects. Her practice includes handling construction-related disputes and offering legal support in drafting and negotiating construction and architectural contracts.

Her expertise also extends to drafting and negotiating agreements for the acquisition and sale of real estate properties and real estate companies, as well as civil law matters such as lease agreements and other contractual obligations.

Laure also advises shareholders and company directors on both daily management and strategic decisions within their companies, including business restructuring initiatives. She assists in drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and agreements for the transfer of ownership.
