John-Antoine Poncelet

John-Antoine holds a Master’s degree in law specializing in business law and has been practicing as a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since October 2025.

After several internships in various fields of law, he developed a keen interest in real estate law during his Erasmus exchange in Barcelona.

He joined our team in September 2025, where he handles all aspects of real estate law, both civil and administrative.

He assists investors and developers in conducting their real estate transactions (share deals/asset deals), in particular by setting up data rooms and performing due diligence.

He is involved in all issues related to the construction, sale, and rental of buildings, as well as property rights and related contracts.

His work covers both advisory and litigation matters, including legal proceedings, amicable settlements, and the drafting of deeds and contracts.

His practice is focused on Brussels and Wallonia.
