Morgane joined UrbanLaw’s team in 2024.
Her field of expertise consists of real estate law in the broadest sense.
Morgane assists investors and developers with their real estate transactions, whether share deals or asset deals.
In particular, she is involved in setting up data rooms, carrying out due diligence, and drafting and negotiating sale agreements.
She also assists clients in drafting various contracts.
