Since her admission to the Brussels Bar in 2020, Charlotte specializes in urban planning and environmental law in the Brussels and Walloon regions. She has also handles civil matters related to residential leases, neighborhood disturbances, noise nuisances, co-ownership disputes, and easements.

She advises and assists clients in obtaining urban planning and environmental permits, facilitating the execution of ambitious real estate projects. Her legal expertise is also sought in real estate transactions, ensuring the security and compliance of property acquisitions and sales.
