Guillaume joined UrbanLaw in 2021 when becoming a member of the French-speaking association of the Brussels Bar.
He specializes in various aspects of real estate law, with particular expertise in civil law, construction law, leasing, co-ownership, tax law, and rural law.
In these areas, he provides advice and assistance to individuals, businesses, and public entities, guiding them from the initial project planning stages through to any potential legal disputes.
He plays an active role in managing legal and administrative procedures, including appeals, court proceedings, administrative authorities, arbitration, and mediation.
His practice area covers both Wallonia and Brussels. Guillaume has further deepened his expertise in real estate taxation by completing a Master’s in Tax Law.
