Olivia Van der Kindere

Olivia specializes in urban planning law, spatial planning, and environmental law.

She handles various administrative law aspects, including urban planning, environmental protection, the protection of immovable heritage, the Natura 2000 protection regime, commercial establishments, soil pollution, the development of the most suitable administrative strategy, negotiations with public authorities, the monitoring of obtained administrative permits, the management of permits in the context of transactions, and providing assistance in preparing files for urban planning and environmental permit applications.

In addition, she practices civil law, with a particular emphasis on real rights, lease agreements, real estate transactions, the drafting and follow-up of contracts, construction law, and the liability of construction professionals.

Olivia has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2001.
